Previous experience in a restaurant with ability to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. Strong stock control experience with ability to ensure a high quality of food. Good with meat as well and the ability to come with new and innovative dishes. Responsible and mature in approach with ability to mentor junior kitchen staff. Strong Health and Safety knowledge. Stable background with contactable references.
