Description of Position
This well established Guest Lodge and Spa is seeking an energetic and go getting person to manage the spa and assist in the Lodge with reception. Someone that is great people skills and has a passion for the hospitality industry.
Requirements:
1. Qualified therapist with Senior Leading or Management experience.
2. International qualifications
3. 2 – 5 Years Experience.
Job Requirements.
Managing the spa staff
Reporting any maintenance
Monthly stock and cash up reports
Handover of monthly cash ups
Staff rostering Staff
Staff interviewing and employing
Ensuring the cleanliness of spa is implemented and upheld
Handling all guest retaled communication.
Weekly and monthly meetings with staff
Staff training Meetings with product houses
Ordering of stock Ensuring the smooth running of the spa
Set spa targets and monitoring budgets
Working on staff incentives
Required Qualities:
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills, word, excel and power point
