APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS
•National Diploma in Beauty Therapy (Somatology / Cosmetology) Face & Body.
•International Diplomas in either of the following; CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC Face & Body
•Practical knowledge in the following; Massage, Facials, Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing, Tinting.
•Completed required experiential training hours
•Work well under pressure
•Excellent communication skills in English
•Strong customer service orientation coupled with excellent interpersonal skills
•Deal well with staff.
•Must be able to take full responsibility for orders, Spa hygiene and sanitation, stock control.
•Hours will be flexible according to the needs of the Spa / Lodge
•Computer literate in MS Office & Excel
•Be willing to accept final responsibility for his/her Spa when the Senior therapist is on leave
•A first aid certificate is preferable
•Drivers License & own reliable transport

KPA’S
•Responsible for all spa treatments
•Understand the importance of hygiene and safety measures in the spa
•Understand and be familiar with professional & retail product costs, orders, stock take and stock control

Work Cycle: 11 days on / 3 days off
