Spa Therapist | Kruger National Park | 5 star Lodge

We are looking for experienced SPA THERAPIST to join the team of a 5 star lodge located in vicinity of Kruger National Park.

You will be required to deliver a superior Spa Therapist service to guests and participate in creating excellent guest experiences and maintain high service standards through hosting.

Key Focus areas for Spa Therapist:
Deliver excellent treatments – Massages, Manicures, Pedicures, Facials
Administrative duties pertaining to bookings
Maintain Health & Safety standards
Sell service and products to guests
Meet and drive targets
Adhere to Spa rules and protocols
Requirements – qualifications and skills:
Qualification in Somatology – CIDESCO / ITEC / SAASPH/ City & Guilds
Product experience in Theranaka/Theravine products will be an advantage
At least 2 years’ experience in permanent employment as a therapist in a 5 star luxury establishment
Computer literate – MS Office
Previous working experience in PanStrat or alternative PMS will be an advantage
Be a hands-on therapist
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to and be confident in selling treatments and products
Well groomed
Strive to meet and exceed targets
Flexible in delivery of outputs
Works well as part of a team

Salary package:
To be discussed, BASED ON EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Provident fund: 50/50
Accommodation: single room with private bathroom
