Global Leader in Online Security are recruiting for a SPANISH speaking Validation Specialist to work within the Authentication Department issuing authentication certificates for all new and existing clients. The specialist will work shifts 3PM-12PM Monday to Friday.

The role itself requires process driven individuals with strong attention to details, critical thinking with a solid analytical background and more importantly individuals who come from a direct Customer Services environment.
The role has customer support responsibilities in the form of live chat, email and telephonically
Ideally Tertiary education, however not a deal breaker and 12 months customer handling / service experience where adherence to strict policies and regulations are included in the responsibilities.

World Leader with Global foot print. The role could suit a graduate with an eye for details and critical thinking skills.
Credit and Criminal clearance is a must and SPANISH LANGUAGE is ESSENTIAL

Annual CTC of R220 000 (which includes medical aid, provident) Plus R2750 shift allowance and additional benefits such as study allowances, year-end bonus and death benefits
