Duties & Responsibilities
Main responsibiities:
Staff Management - recruit, onboard and schedule staff. Attend to performance and attendance issues
Pro Shop / Merchandise - market and promote merchandise
Club infrastructure - monitor progress of build and liaise with builders and contractors. Oversee maintenance of courts and clubs
Clients and club environment - build relationships with clients and players, establish the desired culture and ensure excellent customer service
Events - arrange and oversee tournaments, socials, clinics and promotions
Marketing - work with social media and marketing consultants to promote the club
Utilisation Rates - ensure high utilisation rates of all facilities and activities
Financial Controls - set budgets and ensure control and profitability

Desired Experience & Qualification
Min 5 years managerial experience
Experience managing teams
Running Hospitality / Club venues experience preferred.
Computer Literate
Own car
Gauteng based

Package & Remuneration
Permanent position
R15K - R20K per month (plus shift allowances and possibly commission)
