Location: Ormonde (onsite) or surrounding areas within 20KM
Must have Own transport

Duties & Responsibilities
Events and initiatives

Assist with arranging

8x socials per month (ladies/members/mens/mixed)
2-4x tournaments per month
4x clinics per month (kids/adults)
2-4x corporate/birthday etc. events per month
Ensure coach/staff are briefed and attend these sessions and courts booked off
Marketing of events on sm and WhatsApp groups

Marketing

Work with social media consultant to promote clubs and initiatives on sm
KPI – 3-4 sm posts per week
Run activations and promotions with other sports club, businesses, gyms in the area
KPI – 2-3 new engagements/activations per month
Arrange other marketing initiatives (advertising, PR, promotions)
KPI – 1-2 initiatives per month per club
Act as ambassador for club
KPI – personal sm, new players introduced to clubs
Utilisation
Maximise utiliation rates of courts

Staff management

Create and Manage schedules (incl coaches)
Handle staff disciplinary actions in conjunction with manager
Ensure staff are displaying Virgin Active Padel Club culture and values

Pro shop/Merchandise

Manage stock control/correct use of system at club level
KPI – stock levels correct/100% accuracy on sales
Ensure attractiveness of pro shop
KPI – tidiness, attractiveness of shop
Marketing and promoting of merchandise and sales
KPI – weekly social media/whatsapp/mailers

Club infrastructure
Monitor condition of club/courts/pro shop etc and arrange corrective action if necessary
Oversee maintenance of courts and clubs (glass cleaning, sweeping of courts etc)
Ensure seating/socialsing area is optimal

Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum high school education or equivalent
2+ years' of retail equivalent management experience
Sales exp
Strong verbal or written communication skills

Package & Remuneration
Salary:: R15 000.00 CTC per month
Contract Period – PERM
