Key Responsibilities:

• Works with the campaign leadership team and client(s) to drive account performance through the delivery of accurate, automated reporting
• In order to deliver insights you will be required to work closely with the Operations team to understand problem statements and utilize data to produce actionable insights that will support the operation in driving operational performance
• Maintain a working knowledge of the operation process(es) in order to ensure that we deliver actionable insights that can add value either internal(y or externally
• Responsible for overall MiBi delivery, support and execution across your client(s)
• Ensures adherence to company and department policies and procedures across your campaign(s)
• Mentor development candidates that participate in the MIBI development programme

Qualifications Required:
Essential
Matric/Grade 12 Certificate

Preferred:
Hold or working towards:
• A certification or equivalent in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Informatics or other similar fields
• BPO experience across multiple functions
• A degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Informatics or other similar fields

The ability to:
• Analyse, validate and interpret data/reports
• Multi-task, work under pressure and cope with high volumes of work
• Manage pressures and setbacks
• Document problems, manage resolution and execute delivery of solution
• Document processes and identify areas for improvement

Experience Required:
Essential
Minimum of at least 2 years’ experience in an MI&BI role, End to end experience and understanding of:
• Data Mining (sourcing of data points)
• Extract, Transfer & Load process
• Data extraction, manipulation and maintenance (M5 SQL, Excel)
• Database structures
• Visualization of Data to support campaigns or clients with actionable insights to support decision making (Qlikview, Tableau, SSRS, Excel, PowerBl)

Preferred
Minimum 2 years’ work experience in a BPO industry
• Exposure to CRM algorithms
• People management or team leader/ supervisor experience
