This position will require you to take full control of the Staff Restaurant, including cleaning, cooking, serving and stock counts.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Inspect and clean equipment, kitchen appliances and work areas.
• Report any lost or damaged equipment immediately.
• Cook food according to menu and numbers of portions to be served.
• Portion and serve food to employees.
• Ensure dishes and utensils are cleaned and wash pots, pans other cooking equipment.
• Compile and maintain records of food usage.
• Take inventory daily of crockery, cutlery and equipment.
• Requisition cleaning supplies, napkins and sauces from stores.
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
