STOCK & TECHNICAL CONTROLLER - Pretoria East

Import / export – coffee company, looking for a Stock & Technical Controller.

Objective:
To control stock and coffee machines & machine parts.
To coordinate the technical call outs, and assist with the installations & repairs.

Duties:
General knowledge & experience in General Storekeeping functions, including:
• Receipt and dispatch of components, machines and machine parts
• Complete & process - supporting documentation stock transactions
• Storage of products
• Managing stock levels
• Stock taking
• Balancing stock and investigating discrepancies
• Coordinating the technical team call outs
• If necessary - assist with installations and repairs of machines
• Maintaining & updating system accurately and promptly
• Adhoc duties, as required

Experience / Skills:
• Matric, plus relevant experience
• Minim 3 years’ experience - General Storekeeping (FMCG)
• MS Office
• Minim 3 years’ experience – full function stock control
• Previous technical experience – installations, services & repairs
• Valid driver’s license (must maintain a safe clean, driving record)
• Willingness to travel

NB!!! MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT- NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT

Salary: R8000 to R12000 CTC pm – negotiable with the experience
