Store Manager - Cape Town

Our client requires the service of a Store Manager to run the store successfully, ensuring that sales budgets are achieved and that all aspects of running a store are management efficiently.

Key performance areas:

? Maintain an excellent level of customer service in your store
? Administration procedures of the store
? Maintain a high standard of store merchandising, and store cleanliness
? Staff management
? Product knowledge
? Liaise with Senior Management
? Stock management

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric
? A relevant qualification will be advantageous
? 2- 3 years’ experience of working in customer facing/ service environment
? Excellent numerical skills
? Proven leadership abilities
? Must be computer literate
? Must have values and integrity
? Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
? Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
