Store Supervisor
This position has a direct report into the Store Manager and will suit an individual who is a strategic thinker and has a passion for retail. This individual will be expected to multitask, innate friendliness, and motivate employees to exceed targets. It is expected that this person has a proven track record of success, target driven and has sufficient experience in managing teams of people.
Key deliverables:
· Managing employees.
· Capturing daily banking.
· Merchandising and receiving of stock.
· Handling customer requests and complaints promptly.
· Achieving and exceeding store targets.
Qualifications and Core Competencies:
· Matric certificate.
· At least 1 years’ contactable experience in a retail supervisory position.
· Proven track record of managing teams
· Strong team leadership, planning, communication and organisational skills.
