One of our large manufacturing clients based in Centurion is currently looking for a Store man with experience in the Aluminium industry to start as soon as possible.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Requirements:
Matric
At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in glass/Aluminium industry as store man
Own transport & valid unendorsed license
Must be computer literate

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
To execute the receiving and dispatching of stock to and from regions / technicians / customers.
Raise delivery notes against the relevant accounts.
Return stock to execute the receiving and dispatching of stock to and from regions / technicians / customers
Return stock to suppliers for repairs
Ensure all stock has serial numbers
Prepare stock requirements timeously
Maintain effective stock control at all times
Administer all paperwork and delivery notes as per defined procedures
Ensure Minimum and Maximum stock thresholds are maintained at all times
Record all incoming and outgoing merchandise information in the database.
Lift, carry, unpack, load and unload supplies by using a forklift or front-end loader.
Check quantities of unpacked supplies against delivery notes and purchase orders.
Identify problems or possible improvements in store’s activities, services and procedures.
Perform tasks to assist in maintaining the office in an organized, efficient, and effective and customer focused manner.
Demonstrate initiative, confidentiality and responsibility in the performing of this role.
Respond to telephone, two-way, oral and written requests for information.
Work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated knowledge in stores duties, and the ability to plan and prioritize work to achieve required
