RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the “Store Manager”, you are expected to work closely with your staff in optimizing and achieving goals and targets. Discipline and respect for each other and team effort are the core expectations of filling this role. Addressing all concerns with the managing director.

Lead and manage the retail store – day to day operations
Developing and implementing strategies that align the sales and marketing functions of the business
Helping sales team close sales
Staff meeting (motivation talks)
Assigning targets as issued to staff.
Informing staff of top sales person for the month
To weight stones , match certificate with inventory
Inspect Trade ins and verify with administrator before adding to inventory
Ensuring VIP area, showcases and stores are always clean
Take out merchandise from the safe and ensure it is properly displayed
Over look cashier count is correctly done
Assist sales staff and to ensure the smooth running of the sales floor
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

GIA Certificate or any related
Jewelry sales background essential
Years of experience is dependent on the calibre of person, level of maturity
