Strategic &Operations Planning Leader ( process to reach consensus with the Departments of Sales, Marketing, Finance, Factory & Logistics on a Single Operating Plan )

• Lead the SOP+ processes, practices and tools collaborating with Sales & Marketing, Finance and Supply teams to get a one set of numbers forecast aligned with Business Strategy
• Coordinate with the different Step Owner the lead of each Step of S&OP+ process
• With the support of Functional Experts and External Partner, execute the connections and ways of working with the different Steps of S&OP+ at Local level as well as including import/export dimension
• Manage the Governance of the Standards of S&OP+ across divisions and levels
• Lead and Operate the Management Business Review (MBR) meeting with the Leadership Team
• Collaborate with Finance and Supply to give them the necessary inputs to develop the Financials Reports and Supply plans
• Follow up the main Indicators of performance and drive continuous improvements to identify and eliminate gaps in the process and guarantee the effectiveness
• Identifies opportunities to improve team work and overall capabilities within S&OP+
• Challenge and foster animation in teams through Risks & Opportunities management to meet with OGSM goals
• Reach the right coordination and collaboration with regional S&OP+ Manager and S&OP+ community
• Need to be strongly connected to external (regional Supply and S&OP Regional and Global teams) stakeholders and ensure proper communication of relevant elements to these different stakeholders

Project Manager
• Drive the Leadership Team transformational priorities as projects leader
• Shape and challenge projects roadmap with the project teams and drive execution against agreed plan

Background Experience, Qualifications
• Higher Degree in Engineering, Business or Economics
• 5 - 8 years business experience, preferably in an FMCG environment in increasingly senior roles.
• At least 3+ years’ experience in SOP Process, Forecasting, Demand Planning, Sales, Finance or project management
• IT literate. Strong Capabilities in Microsoft Office Package
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills, including presentation skills
• Proven ability to influence at leadership team and management team level
