Knowledge of buying and merchandising essential. Good stock management and quality control skills essential. Must have strong staff management and training skills. Main duties will include the day to day running of the fruit & veg division. The ideal candidate must have good administrative and time management abilities. Experience with well known retail / supermarket brands preferred. Salary R 12000 – 15000 K gross
