MAIN JOB PURPOSE
The role of the Supervisor National ETQA: Projects is responsible for the overall supervision of all Signa Academy learnership project implementation by ensuring that all learners are successfully registered and exited from qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of Diploma in Education or equivalent
• Project management certificate will be advantageous.
• Higher Certificate in OD-ETDP
• Constituent Assessor
• Constituent Moderator
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in education and training project management
• Minimum 5 years’ learnership facilitation and training experience
• Minimum 5 years’ POE management experience as an assessor and moderator
• Minimum 3 years’ experience SETA learnership registration and exiting experience.
• Minimum 1 year SETA systems experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a training environment
• Minimum of 3 years computer skills MS Office.


DUITES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties of the Supervisor Programme Delivery and Quality Control include:
• Liaise with KAM on new proposals.
• Receive all new proposals from KAM.
• Allocate proposals/projects workflow to National NQC Administrators

Supervise the SETA learnership application process.
• Supervise all SETA learnership applications.
• Obtain SETA learnership approval before training commences.
• Ensure greenlights are issued to Campus and KAM.
• Provide training of SETA systems for ETQA administrators.
• Obtain SETA login credentials for ETQA administrators.
• Obtain and keep track of SETA application templates i.e., application forms and workplace-based agreements, learner support document
templates etc.

Quality assurance
• Develop quality assurance process for the learner registration and exiting process.
• Supervise the learner documents quality assurance process.
• Ensure learner documents meet the SETA compliance standards before submission.
• Conduct quality assurance audits to measure the level of quality in the learner registration process.

Supervise the learner registration processes.
• Ensure that learners are registered before training commences.
• Facilitate the rejection/terminations and replacements.
• Obtain proof of learner registration and submit to KAM.

Supervise SETA learnership agreement submissions.
• Supervise the quality assurance of learnership agreements.
• Arrange for learnership delivery.
• Resolve Seta registration queries.

Supervise learner achievements and exiting process.
• Ensure learner achievements are loaded on SETA system for exiting.
• Request external moderation.
• Provide system support during external moderation.
• Follow up on external moderation reports.
• Upload signed external moderation reports.

Collaborate with the National Manager Quality (PD&ETQA) in the review and revision of ETQA compliance, governance, and process.
• Assist the National Manager Quality (PD&ETQA) with conducting internal ETQA campus audit.
• Identify ETQA compliance risk.
• Collaborate with the National Manager Quality (PD&ETQA) in the risk management strategy.
• Monitor the Corrective Action and report on progress.
• Report on risk identified.

Staff Supervision:
