Key performance areas include, but not limited to:
• Integration of the company Supply Chain
Excellence framework into the specified
site/sites or specific Supply Chain area/areas.
• Coach, train and support of the applicable
Supply Chain practices and tools to improve
towards best practice. Including Leading and
Managing Change.
• Ensure the adoption of standards.
• Relevant site/area audits/assessments and
results.
• Relevant reports and scoreboards are
maintained and communicated to ensure
progress, monitoring and future learning.
• Identification and delivery of Supply Chain FI
projects.
• Support the coordinate FI project between
Program Office (PMO) and local region or area
FI’s.
• Benchmarking against ‘best in class’ for a
value stream, region/area or process to
identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach, train and support the global supply chain standards implementation in the specified Supply Chain site/area.
• Ensure alignment with all areas in the site/ area as well as the rest of the Supply Chain.
• Effective and trusting relationship with the
local Supply Chain Management.
• Identify change management needs and
manage expectations.
• Ensure the Supply Chain Excellence
competency of the site/area personnel.
• Site/area personnel involved and fully
engaged in the delivery of Supply Chain
Excellence.

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:
• B.Eng Industrial Engineering or Equivalent.
• 5 Years Supply Chain experience
• At least 4 years’ experience in leading
Lean/World Class implementation
• At least 2-years’ experience in facilitating
workshops and facilitator certification will be
beneficial.
• Analytical Skills and Attention to detail (proficient tools like Minitab, Excel, Visio, etc)
• Conceptual / Big Picture Thinking
• Problem Solving and green belt certification
will be beneficial
