Skills Academy is looking to hire a Supply Chain Manager for our private distance learning college.

We are in need of someone who has excellent management, discipline and leadership skills, and knows what it takes to build and motivate a well-trained team. Someone who is good at planning and is able to analyse problems and data, as well as find systematic solutions to issues that may arise. If this sounds like you, then you might just be our next Supply Chain Manager!

Your Role Will Including but is not limited to the following duties:

Ensuring that study material goes out to students in a timely and correct manner.

Managing the back order system

Managing stock levels in an optimal manner that also allows for cost savings.

Printing study guides and other printed materials for students

Monthly supply reporting that covers all elements including costs, inventory and parcels sent.

Collaborate with other departments.

Implementation of processes and improvement of the existing ones.

Managing staff, including: Hiring, Discipline, Training, Review and Feedback.

Our ideal candidate has:

At least 3 years experience in managing and leading.
