Supply Chain Retail Planning Coordinator – Sandton Warehouse

KEY OUTPUTS:

The Retail Planning Coordinator is responsible for delivering extraordinary guests experiences by planning and managing the stock orders for all Group Signature shops. Working hand-in-hand with the shop planners, the Retail planning coordinator is responsible for forecasting sales and inventory requirements, open-to-buy budgeting, placing and coordinating orders & deliveries, managing all admin-related queries with suppliers and maintaining accurate databases. Part of this job also requires the Retail planning coordinator to fulfil all direct guest and staff shopping queries. This role requires a very focused and highly organised person with a can-do attitude and a willingness to help wherever is needed, regardless of your job title. 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Completed Accredited Qualification in Retail or Business Administration or Supply Chain
3-5 years’ experience in planning or stock management for the retail industry
Experience in the luxury fashion industry a plus
Knowledge of ACCPAC (&PANSTRAT an advantage)
Very Proficient in MS Excel.  
Valid driver’s licence and own transport preferable

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience of Financial Retail Management and Administration
Proven competency in administration, budgeting and planning
Thorough understanding of retail cycles and buying, sourcing and planning processes
Familiar with the inner workings and product strategies & philosophies of a luxury retail environment
Strong commercial and financial acumen
