R12000 – R17000 per month depending on experience, including Medical Aid, Gap Cover and Group Life

Essential requirements:

Email and telephonic support
Troubleshooting and fault resolution with customers
Desktop IT support
First line of contact for field technicians
Hardware configurations – Ubiquiti, Mikrotik, PC’s, PBX, Printers, etc. ( Essential and must be indicated on your CV)
VoIP Configurations – Yealink, Snom, Fanvil, Yeastar
Satellite and IT installations
Data capturing
Consumables and stock ordering
