Additional Contract Details-Monthly Stipend: R5 000 - R250 Rain data card will be purchased and paid for by the learners that do not have data/WIFI access.

Learnership Overview:
Are you passionate about Software Development and would like to build a career in Full Stack Development? Apply for our Full Stack Java Development Program now!

The purpose of the learnership is to capacitate young professionals to understand Full Stack development (Front End and Back End Development) with a focus on Java. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of programming and coding in relation to new languages and technologies. This learnership is suitable for resilient and energetic young currently unemployed people who have a desire and passion to work in an IT environment.

Selected Learners will be part of a 12 month Full Stack Development Learnership Programme commencing in June 2022 to June 2023. Successful candidates will be considered for long term employment based on performance during the programme.

Skills and Experience:
In order to be considered for this learnership opportunity we require you to meet the following requirements:
· Minimum National Diploma in IT or Computer Science
· Recent IT graduates with outstanding academic results (above 60%)
· Interested applicants must not have completed the same learnership.
· Be a South African citizen by birth
· Between the ages of 18 – 35
· Interested applicants must be vaccinated (the client has a mandatory vaccine policy in place) – this is an inherent requirement.
· Must not be employed or studying full time
· Computer Literate (MS Office)
· Fully proficient in English
· Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
· Ability to work and study remotely
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
· Highly Analytical
· Great listening skills
· Ability to cope within a stressful environment
· Passion and drive in software development
· Self-motivated
· Objective and result driven
· Ability to adapt easily to new environments
