PBT Group has an opportunity for Process / System Analyst who can mine information from business / technical resources then interpret their findings into formal documents such as functional requirements / design and specifications. The project is being run within a part AGILE part Waterfall method so the successful candidate will need to be flexible in their approach.

Duties:
- Researching Processes
- Gathering Data
- Meeting with Clients
- Running JAD sessions
- Monitoring Process Performance
- Writing Reports

Experience:
- Must have at least 7 to 10 years’ experience in process / system mapping and documenting.
- Be able to mine information from difficult environments where documentation / business understanding may be low or unknown.
- Be able to run JAD sessions with small to large crowds depending on the need.
- Have a good technical background and solid understanding of the SDLC processes and terminology.

Qualifications/ Certification:
- A degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Business Administration / Commerce or equivalent
