Talent Coordinator with minimum 2-3 years’ recruitment experience, preferably in the Financial Services Industry, required to join this reputable Financial Service Provider, based in Bellville, assisting in the process of sourcing, selecting, engaging and processing potential bursars and graduates.

Minimum requirements:
• HR qualification required – Diploma of Degree
• Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience essential
• Reporting and presentation skills coupled with the ability to influence stakeholders required
• Learning & Development experience advantageous
• Knowledge of various Tertiary Institutions and Degrees offered preferred
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry beneficial

Responsibilities:
• Full recruitment function – specific to the Graduate Recruitment Programme
• Design acquisition strategies that attract and source high calibre young talent
• Relationship building and management with all Stakeholders at Universities to source top students/graduates
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment process
• Facilitate and manage the graduate recruitment process for bursar and graduates
• Online advertising
• Shortlist CV’s for and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Reference checking and attending interview with hiring managers
• Maintain and manage recruitment database
• Communication with all candidates and Stakeholders
• Graduate administration and support
• Coordinate and implement Graduate Training Programme
• Weekly Graduate and Bursary status updates of all recruitment to Head of HR
• Line Manager relationship management
• Assist HR Team with Ad hoc requests
• Training Console administration
• Administrative support to Learning & Development hub
