JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid Code 08 driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Competent computer literacy (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial / Organisational Psychology.
5yrs+ previous working experience across the talent management value chain, which includes
talent acquisition, learning and development and employee experience / engagement.
3yrs+ previous working experience as an HR Business Partner.
Drafting policies experience is an added advantage.
Experience in organisational development and / or change management project roles an advantage.
Leading and managing a team / strong teamwork / leadership skills.
