Minimum working experience gained between 4- 10+ working years’ experience In the Role of a Team Lead -Progress developer/ Engineer and having gained working experience of having had a group of 4-7 Junior Software Developers reporting to you that you have been working together with on various National or International Projects for External Clients
Follow up with Junior Developers on task completion, identify problem areas, and represent together the team in online Stand-up meetings with the external Client in other countries or Nationally whenever required
Must be prepared to work overtime if needed
All work is done remotely
Salary: R 45000 – R 80 000 Gross per month but negotiable CTC
