Experienced relationship builder with previous management, training and sales experience required to build and lead a successful Real Estate sales team.

Responsibilities:
Lead strategic recruitment initiatives to attract; on board and retain top performing Real Estate agents
Lead sales & business meetings as well as feedback sessions with agents
Act as the subject matter expert WRT personal and monitory growth for all agents
Manage sales reports for the branch
Train; motivate and manage agents on a daily basis

Requirements:
6 + years’ experience within Real Estate sales
2 + years’ Management experience
