SHIFTS EITHER NIGHT 3PM-12PM OR a choice of 5pm - 2am or DAY shift 9-6pm or 10am-7pm.

Night shift earns shift allowance which is included in the R23/24k

We are looking for energetic team players with excellent communication IN SPANISH or GERMAN or FRENCH... WHO HAVE technical skills to handle customer service inquiries related to all Security Services products.

The ideal candidate will be service driven offering customers a world-class experience. Working alongside Marketing, product and engineering teams to share customer feedback for better improvements.

(Candidates must be legally allowed to work in SA)

MUST HAVE DONE 18 MONTHS TECH SUPPORT WORK IN AN IT /CUSTOMER SERVICES ENVIRONMENT and ideally complimented by relevant studies in IT Desktop /Remote support
Knowledge of SSL certificates, VM WARE, Website security, Active Directory, GroupPolicy
Basic understanding of internet principles, terminology, and functionality; Familiarity with website/web server admin a strong plus but not essential.

Hours :
EMEA HOURS 9-6PM /10AM-7PM and or
USA SHIFT 3PM-12PM or 5PM - 2AM
Monday to Friday (NO WEEKENDS)
