About us:
BIZZCO is a Supply Chain focused training provider. We offer classroom and online training to professionals within the Supply Chain Industry.
This position will serve as technical and administrative support to the General Manager. We are looking for a person with general administrative skills as well as some IT/software knowledge.

Minimum Requirements:
• Must possess a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent with relevant experience within an administrative and technical environment.
• Highly Proficient in English
• High level proficiency in MS Office and/or Office 365 (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), as well as Microsoft Teams.
Any experience with MOODLE will be highly advantageous.

Key areas of responsibility:
Manage the Learner Management System (LMS) to ensure all training records and data capturing is kept up to date, including:
• Registering of employees and/or learners
• Loading/creating monthly training interventions
• Tracking and reporting on training interventions planned and completed
• Tracking and reporting on training administration uploaded for training completed
• Assist in the preparation of learning materials (Including training administration documents) required for training.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Monitoring marking of assignments and progress of assessors and coaches.
• Preparing Reports
