Technical Call Centre Agent
An established company in the security industry seeks an experienced candidate to answer technical calls on a national basis and provide basic assistance with technical queries. The candidate will also document all calls and queries.
Answer national technical helpline
Basic assistance to caller
Logging customer information onto a database and upkeep thereof
Passing on any queries that require more intensive answers/assistance
E-mailing quotes to clients for technical call outs
Working closely with Technical Administration team
Any reasonable ad hoc duties as required by Management
Previous experience in CCTV technical environment will be an advantage
Knowledge of Windows 7 & 10 is crucial
Basic knowledge of Windows Networking
Minimum Grade 12
Driver's licence and own reliable transport
Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to handle irate clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Computer Literacy (MS Office)
Strong administrative background

R 12 000.00 per Month (depending on experience)
