Qualifications & Experience:
•A Diploma/ Degree in Nursing or Degree in Public Health
•5 years’ experience with leading health programs at district level, and 5 years partner relationship management experience
•Degree in MBChB/Health Care/Public Health
•7 years plus experience with district or Provincial level health care programmes management and stakeholder/ relationship management.

Key Performance Areas:
•Designing, documenting, updating, and disseminating (or assist therewith) data management tools for internal use by/at the RTC/ADAPT SI Unit (e.g., templates, SOPs, memo’s, data flow charts, submission checklist, quality checklist, data verification manuals/procedures, staff progress reports, statistics overview, site visit tool, etc.).
•Updating the annual MERL Operational Plan.
•Updating MERL Framework and MERL Work Plan, when needed.
•Contribute to peer review processes, including sharing lessons learned and best practices adopted, to continually bridge performance gaps
