RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced TECHNICAL FACTORY MANAGER (STEEL INDUSTRY) for a well-established organization. Position based in the Pietermaritzburg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Trade test or similar qualification an added advantage.
Previous operations / technical factory management experience is essential.
Previous working experience in the manufacturing industry (steel fabricated products, welding and similar) is essential.
Strong management skills.
Excellent administration skills.
Must be willing to work long hours and weekends, etc.
Will be required to manage approximately 50-60 staff members.
