Job Summary:
A Technical Manager provides technical direction for development, design and systems integration. He reviews the work involved and follows the projects through execution progress phases.
He provides continuously technical support to his team as needed. He also ensures that there are technical procedures, documentations and standard policies put in place, which reviews on a regular basis.
The goals of this position are economical & Technical. To achieve the Project works business, bidding of upcoming projects, proper study technical document, designing, and estimation as per requirement.

Educational & Personnel Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Master science is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the design of scaffolding.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the estimation and costing of projects.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical management position.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
• He should have experience in design analysis by comput)er programs.
• Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
