TECHNICAL MANAGER

Purpose:
Responsible for the selection and design of equipment, plant layout, material handlings and production planning. Overseeing the development and implementation of systems through the steps. Responsible for project planning and management.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 Years’ Mechanical Maintenance experience
• Experience within manufacturing industry
• Plan and manage maintenance shutdowns
• Three years Training and Upskilling on Proactive Maintenance
• Three years Asset Care Strategies (ISO 55000, PAS 55, RCM, TPM,CBM etc.)
• Three years Implementing Safety Practices
• An in depth understanding of Asset Care Strategies and Best practices
• Experience in train, mentor and upskill maintenance team on how to perform maintenance
• CCMS Software Experience
• BSc Mechanical Engineering + GCC (Government ticket) or studying towards
