· Exp in Marketing < 3 yr
· Exp in Business < 3 yr
· Exp in Process > 3-5 yr

KPA'S INCLUDE
· Define and formalize the Market and Product strategy
· Prioritizes product implementation and Supply chain
· Validate the effectiveness of product management strategies
· Evaluates product demand from market analysis survey
· Create internal sourcing plan of relevant products
· Manages product compliance with customer needs and relevant regulations.
· Manages product availability with Operations
· Coordinates Product industrialization with Operations Pricing

Specific Knowledge:
· Knowledge of Industrial processes and gas / cryogenics / cylinders / etc
· Understanding of sales, production and distribution functions
· Strong Google capabilities
