Our client requires the services of a Technical Sales Draughtsman whose main object is to contribute to the company’s success by producing the most accurate quotes for the projects

Key performance areas:

? Assisting the Sales team with quoting customers
? Improve our quote template to accurately quote customers
? Timeously and accurately complete quotes for customers
? Ensure quotes are checked and approved by the Head of Sales
? Developing 3D SolidWorks model (training will be provided) as per project requirements.
? Coordinate with Research and development team to develop quoting system
? Ensure work is maintained at an agreed service level
? Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor

The successful candidate must have:

? Must have matric
? Must have experience and operational knowledge of AutoCAD
? Excellent computer literacy (MS Excel – Advance)
? Meticulous work ethic
? Good knowledge of construction and design principles
? Ability to thrive under pressure
? Competent mathematical skills
? Must have a willingness to learn
? Ability to coordinate with various entities at the same time;
? Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, and clients;
? Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables;
? Ability to manage and maintain several portfolios for various clients at the same time, and
? Good team player, honest, and willing to be cooperative with fellow colleagues.
