Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• A Commercial, sales or marketing qualification
• Minimum 3 years experience in Mining sales
• Knowledge of General Engineering and Mining Applications, Conveyor Belts etc
• Knowledge of the Mining and Engineering Sector in South Africa
• Good sales, marketing and negotiation skills are essential
• Strong Communication Skills
• Be responsible for achieving Sales Targets
• Offering Technical Support & related value added services
• Attending promptly to all customer related issues & ensuring customer satisfaction & retention
• Customer Services orientated
• Planning, Negotiation and Organizational skills
• Sound Technical competency
• Able to work under pressure and be able to handle stress
• Must be prepared to travel
• Computer Literacy
• Valid Driver's license

Duties:
• Work according to and support the company’s short and long term strategically goals
• Achieve sales and contribute to marketing related operations in defined geographical area or segments
• Secure yearly sales and marketing target with existing and potential customers
• Drive the implementation of Value Added Service offering and Conveyor Belt solutions
• Develop a sales and marketing plan within the designated area of responsibility
• Develop and agree on a Strategy plan together with the National Sales Manager
• Provide sales, market and customer information to management
• Establish and maintain good relationships with all current and potential customers
• Reporting and Documenting of important sales and marketing information
• Monitoring of competitor and market activities and to communicate this information to the organization
• Market survey (or area update) every quarter targeting main conveyor belt consumers
