Main Job Objectives: To develop and manage the Group Technical Service Division within the SADC Countries (IVD Industry). To set, implement and manage strategies that meet both internal and external customer demands.
To deliver short and long term growth and profitability to the Export Technical Service division.

Required Learning: Recognized and completed qualification in either Sciences or Engineering disciplines.
A Management or Business qualification will be an advantage.
5 years Technical Service experience within the IVD market.
Min 3 years Technical Service Management experience.
Excellent working knowledge of CRM software.
Key Job Outputs:
Business Unit Managing:
Implement and execution of strategy in line with company portfolio to maximize revenue potential, inclusive of preventative maintenance contracts for the existing and future data base.
Set, implement and manage strategies that meet both the internal and external customer demands.
Deliver short and long term growth and profitability to the Technical Service Division.
Manage a team of Service Supervisors, Field Service Engineers and Application Specialists.
Customer and Supplier Management / Financial Analysis and Reporting / Stock Management /Team Development.
