TECHNICAL SERVICE SUPPORT COORDINATOR, PAARL WESTERN CAPE

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) is required.

Minimum 2 years experience in a Technical Customer Services Position.

Advanced Administrative computer skills specifically Excel and Outlook required

Knowledge of PABX, Virtual PBS and CCTV

Knowledge of Telephone systems will be in the clients advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Service coordination for CCTV and PABX divisions

Installation planning, porting and cancellations

Appointment bookings, progress updates to sales departments and Management

System Management (Albatross, Athena and Service Now)

Product Ordering

Reconciliations and any other administrative tasks related to this position
