You will be responsible for providing onsite Level 2 Support - resolving technical issues / error messages encountered on a live production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting systems in production in a cloud-based environment.

Requirements:

7 years related experience in technical support area
Exposure to the AWS cloud platform
A good understanding of CICD and Dev ops
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology; Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
Telecommunication industry
Knowledge of Oracle databases, PL/SQL, C/C++, Python, Perl, HAC/RAC, Java, Linux, SOAP, Tuxedo, XML
