Job Description:

We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Administrative Assistant to join the team! As a Technical Support Administrative Assistant, you will support the Customer Service department and employees through a variety of tasks related to Support, Installations and communication.
The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Management of our support ticketing system.
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Maintain an electronic and hard copy filing system of customer related requests and installations.
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence via email, slack, support ticketing system and our CRM tool.
Perform data entries and keep customer data up to date.
Manage calendar for installations
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Run company’s errands to post office and office supply stores
Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and coordinate installations
Maintain company brand database
Work closely with marketing, finance and testing departments.

Qualifications:

Proven admin or assistant experience
Knowledge of Office management systems, Support and CRM ticketing systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office
