A successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Facilitating compliance, technical training per the SHERQ standards including:
• COP Training
• HIRA Training
• Management System Training
• Induction Training
• Training on occupational health, environmental and safety procedures
• AET Programs
2. Orderly recording and keeping of physical and electronic documents per ISO standard document requirements.
3. Conducting informative training sessions and competence assessments.
4. Participating in internal and external audits.
5. Conducting skills gap analysis, training needs and record findings to training matrix
6. Developing COP training material;
7. Completing training records and providing input into budgeting and forecast on training based on matrix.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Accredited trainer and assessor
• Experience participating in Safety Management Activities
• Sound knowledge of the
• Computer literacy in MS Office packages
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 implementation and auditing
• Knowledge of OHS, Mine Health and Safety Act, National Environmental Management Act
• Knowledge of Labour Relations Act and BCEA
• Knowledge of production, customers and products
