Technical Training Officer needed for a leading mining company in Kwazulu Natal!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Training Officer to develop die company's technical training plan, conducting analysis of skills plans and collaboration with leaders to deliver a comprehensive gap closure plan, ensure all technical training reports are up to date and support the implementation of training programs. Ideally you will have a Training qualification. A minimum of 6 years experience in the mining environment is essential.
