The Key Account Manager’s (Telco) responsibility is to grow the revenue and usage footprint in the telco vertical.

Building and maintaining key client relationships
Concluding master service agreements with clients;
Analyze market needs and develop account strategies;
Acquire a thorough understanding of key client needs;
Monthly and quarterly meetings with clients;
Engagement and input with and to internal business divisions on client requirements;
Analyzing trends to ascertain capacity for future months;
Grow sales revenue and customer base in the Western Cape;
Research prospect and current clients for new business;
Generate new business and identify new opportunities and conclude new business from these clients;
Attend new business sales appointment, presentations, conferences and networking functions;
Required to travel within the boundary of South Africa from time to time.

Candidate Requirements:

Language: Fluent in English
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Sales or a related field, advantageous.
3 - 5 years’ experience in a Key Account Management Role
Previous managerial experience would be advantageous
Valid Driver’s License and own reliable car
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

Advanced skills in Microsoft: Word, Power Point, Excel. Outlook.
