Position:
Baruch is currently looking for young and inexperienced/semi-experineced individuals who are confident and well-driven to join our telemarketers team. if candidates have no experience, training will be provided! This is a great opportunity to step foot in the world of business and to change your circumstances. Note that prior experiences will always be an advantage, so all are welcome!

Responsibilities:
As a Telemarketer at BARUCH you will be responsible for:
- Initiating outbound calls to potential clients and promoting our comprehensive range of marketing services.
- Presenting and explaining our services in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads through effective lead generation and follow-up techniques.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
-Gather and record customer information correctly
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English or the Afrikaans language.
- Persuasive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for sales and meeting targets.
- A high level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
-Matric Certificate, Grade 11 or other further studied Educational Certificates.
-Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
