Job Description:
We are looking for an optimistic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills (preferably an extroverted candidate) . You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Candidate Requirements:
· Matric/Grade 12
· Experience in selling, learnership/training etc. would be advantageous
· Good understanding of skills development Scorecards - essential/non-negotiable
· 2-3 years B2B sales experience would be advantageous
· Building and maintaining client relationships
· WiFi at home as this is currently a work-from-home job and a stable, continuous internet connection is required.
Remote working available.
