Our client in the Media Industry is seeking Two Driven Telesales Agents to join their team!

The company is based in Somerset West and the positions will be responsible for selling advertising space in a leading Christian magazine to prospective clients as well as maintaining good customer relationships.

In this role you will be required to:
- Source potential clients and build the client portfolio;
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about product offerings;
- Understand customer requirements and close sales;
- Enter and update customer information in the database; and
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.

Our key requirements include:
- Previous experience in a related position;
- Proven track record of successfully building client portfolio and meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone;
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
