TELESALES CONSULTANT - MAFIKENG

SALARY: R7000 CTC per month + Commission

COMPANY:
Large well established company is currently looking for a Telesales Consultant for their Mafikeng Branch.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have matric
- Any sales related qualification would be an advantage.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Mush have a minimum of 3 years telesales experience
- Must have a stable track record (No job hoppers)
- Must have a clear credit & criminal record

MAIN JOB DUTIES:
- Sourcing new business telephonically and occassional client visits
- Servicing existing business telephonically
- Visiting customers occassionally
- Up-selling and cross-selling a range of products to new and existing customers
- Reaching a set sales target
- Solving customer queries and complaints promptly
- Establishing and building healthy customer relationships
- Sales related administration
- Effective customer retentions
- Increasing customer's monthly orders
