We are seeking dynamic and motivated Insurance Sales Agents with qualifications in RE5, Class of Business (COB), and NQF Level 4 or 5. The successful candidates will focus on Healthcare and Short-Term Insurance sales, engaging potential customers over the phone, identifying their needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions.

POSITION:
Telesales Consultants – Healthcare/ Short Term Insurance

LOCATION:
Cape Town (Sable Park Century City) and Sandton, Johannesburg

SALARY:
Retainer for the first 3 months, followed by commission-only
Uncapped commission structure

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to offer short-term and long-term products
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Present product features and benefits to clients in a clear persuasive manner
Accurately capture client information and follow the necessary administrative processes
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
Stay up to date on the latest insurance products, industry trends and regulatory
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently discuss products offering

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in an outbound sales environment – Insurance
Previous experience at brokerages is welcome
Regulatory Examination (RE5) Certificate is mandatory
Class of Business product qualification required
NQF Level 4 or 5 in insurance or related field required
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex clearly and convincingly
