Fourways based construction company requires a dynamic temporary Administrator/Receptionist/PA whilst current person is on maternity leave, with experience in similar fields. Candidate must have excellent typing, organizational, follow up and record management skills, interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be good at prioritizing varied administrative tasks to make sure that multiple deadlines are met. The candidate must be competent in MS Office and Pastel, with advanced Excel skills, and have an aptitude for figure work. Minimum of 5 years’ experience essential. The candidate will be responsible for obtaining pricing, preparing quotations, placing orders, and ensuring delivery to site timeously, invoicing, wages, day to day office management. Duties will also include answering phones and screening calls, following up with customers and suppliers, organizing meetings, arranging travel, managing records, and monitoring expenses. Traditional office duties such as typing of correspondence, filing, copying, scanning, etc. are also to be performed. The minimum requirement is a Matric certificate or the equivalent. Own Car Essential.
